How it works:
STEP 2.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION.
Send a copy of your ID or passport.
STEP 3.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
– If you are employed, send a proof of employment.
– If you are a student, send an acceptance letter from your school or university.
– If you are just visiting, send a copy of your VISA.
STEP 4.
LEASE AGREEMENT.
Once the first 3 steps have been completed, we will send you the lease and rider agreement to be signed.
STEP 5.
DEPOSIT.
Pay a $500 deposit. It will be deducted from your first rent.
STEP 6.
MOVE IN.
You’re all set!
Studios 99 reserves the right to request any additional documents needed to accurately evaluate a tenants application, such as financial documents or references of previous landlords.
