How it works:

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION.
Send a copy of your ID or passport.
STEP 3.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Proof of Employment showing an annual salary of at least 40 times the monthly rent (or) Acceptance letter from university + Guarantor Form
STEP 4.
LEASE AGREEMENT.
Once the first 3 steps have been completed, we will send you the lease and rider agreement to be signed.
STEP 5.
DEPOSIT.
$500 booking deposits for shorter stays
First and last months rent for longer leases
STEP 6.
MOVE IN.
